In the winter time the wind is usually blowing lighter than in the summer months with approx. 20 knots. These conditions are not only fun for advanced surfers but also great for beginners wanting to learn the first steps. With pleasant temperatures in the low and mid-twenties you only need to pack your wetsuit and a light jacket for the evenings.
